Management Consulting: Analyzing Community Partnerships and Communications Strategies

Through my studies as a Master of Management student at UBC's Sauder School of Business, I completed a Community Business Project to consult with BEST Environmental Charity on developing a comprehensive and organization-wide Corporate Sponsorships Strategy.

As a Consultant for BEST Environmental Charity, my main responsibilities included conducting quantitative and qualitative research, engaging key stakeholders across the board of directors, executive management, and community, as well as developing a deck of communications and administrative documents to guide implementation.

During the project, I:

-Developed an organization-wide Corporate Sponsorships strategy to support operations for the charity's flagship program, The Bicycle Valet.

-Conducted quantitative and qualitative research to deeply understand programmatic, organizational, and corporate needs in regard to partnership programs.

-Identified 20+ partnership leads that aligned with strategic goals and created a comprehensive deck of communications and administrative documents to guide partnership acquisition.

-Effectively collaborated with and acted as a subject matter expert within a team of 4 consultants.

-Designed professional presentation materials (PowerPoint, reports, and infographics) and performed a full-scale consultation presentation with clients and key stakeholders.
